Aishleen joined Strategem in 2022 as an enthusiastic and experienced HR Manager. She is passionate about facilitating change and building culture within a workplace.
With over 12 years experience in human resources, across a range of industries, Aishleen is driven by fostering meaningful connections and influencing positive change.
Within Strategem, Aish joined as the manager of HR and projects. She has since been promoted to Operations Lead where she supports our project teams to implement new processes and systems into the business, ultimately leading to increased efficiencies and opportunities along with providing pivotal support to our HR function and partnership group.
Her knowledge and experience working in HR enables her to be a supportive pillar within the business, working across all departments and supporting our partnership team.
Outside of work, Aish’s main aim is to be a positive role model for her children and to build a fantastic life to enjoy.
