Aishleen joined Strategem in 2022 as an enthusiastic and experienced HR Manager. She is passionate about facilitating change and building culture within a workplace.
With over 10 years experience in human resources, across a range of industries, Aishleen is driven by fostering meaningful connections and influencing positive change.
Within Strategem, Aish is the manager of HR and projects. She supports our project teams to implement new processes and systems into the business, ultimately leading to increased efficiencies and opportunities.
Her knowledge and experience working in HR enables her to be a supportive pillar within the business, working across all departments and supporting our partnership team.
Outside of work, Aish’s main aim is to be a positive role model for her daughter and to build a fantastic life to enjoy.
